Race nights are a great method of raising much needed funds for you sports club or society. An average night should result in raising between 2 & 3 thousand euro, or even more.

Horse Racing, Dog Racing, Even Camel Racing!!
We have a large collection of race videos and can provide a selection of race types from flat racing, jump racing, greyhound racing, even camel racing to keep the punters interested and add that extra special touch.

Running a Racenight
Well the first thing you need to do is get us involved. We provide everything you need to run your race night and the expertise and assistance you'll need to make your night a success.

YOUR JOBS

Sponsorship
The most important thing you need to do is get sponsorship for the event. You need Race Sponsors for each race, this can be local businesses and Owners for each horse, these can be members, family, friends anyone really.

TOTE Betting Tickets Seller
You need a couple of responsible members to run the tote for the nights and manage the bets on each race. The tote can be setup at a specific table in the room and punters are told to come up to this table between the races to place their bets. We can supply a seller for you all we require is a cash float.

MC / Event Coordinator
We will supply you with a professional MC who will coordinate the event with you.

Select and arrange the venue
Any local pub/bar or function room will be fine. Ideally with a large screen and projector or plenty of plasma TVs available.

Publicise and get people to attend ,The more people you get to attend the more money you will make on the night.
